I understand that life can be busy, so I strive to find session times that fit well with your work and other commitments. Your time is valuable, and I aim to be as flexible as possible.
Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who might need it. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will apply.

Will what I say be kept confidential?
The information you share during our sessions is treated as confidential and kept within my practice. The exception to this is if I believe that you or someone else is at serious risk of harm. In such rare cases, I am legally required to notify the appropriate authorities. I would always inform you if I needed to break confidentiality and explain the process.
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
I aim to offer a free 30-minute initial consultation within a week of your inquiry. After this, we can arrange regular counselling sessions, typically on the same day and time each week or fortnightly. The start date of sessions will depend on my current availability.
How long will I need counselling?
The duration of counselling varies for each individual and depends on the nature and depth of the issues being explored. Some people find clarity after a few sessions, while others benefit from a more extended, open-ended approach. We can discuss and adjust the frequency and duration of your counselling as we go along, based on your needs and progress.
